Receptionist
Responsibility:-Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions.Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges.Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation.receiving and sorting mail and deliveries.
Qualification :-Minimum Skills, Experience and Educational Requirements: High school diploma/GED, Effective verbal and listening communication skills,High level of interpersonal skills, Excellent keyboarding skills, Excellent customer service skills, Excellent organizational skills, Computer Literate, Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office applications skills: Excel, Word and Outlook. Preferred Skills, Experience and Educational Requirements.
