इस मेजर ने दिया था चीनी फौज को चकमा, मार दिए थे सैकड़ों सैनिक

शिमला। मेजर धनसिंह थापा परमवीर चक्र से सम्मानित नेपाली मूल के भारतीय नागरिक थे। उन्होंने चीन की सेना से भीषण युद्ध लड़ा था। उन्हें दुश्मन सेना ने तीन साथियों सहित युद्ध बंदी बना लिया था।

बना लिए गए थे युद्धबंदी...

शिमला के धनसिंह थापा ने लद्दाख में मोर्चा संभालते हुए सैकड़ों चीनी सैनिकों को मौत के घाट उतार दिया था। मेजर धन सिंह थापा अगस्त 1949 में भारतीय सेना के आठवीं गोरखा राइफल्स में कमीशन अधिकारी के रूप में शामिल हुए थे। थापा ने 1962 के भारत-चीन युद्ध के दौरान लद्दाख में चीन की सेना का बहादुरी से सामना किया था। लद्दाख के उत्तरी सीमा पर पांगोंग झील के पास सामरिक दृष्टि से महत्वपूर्ण चुशूल हवाई पट्टी को चीनी सेना से बचाने के लिए सिरिजाप घाटी में गोरखा राइफल्स की कमान संभाली।

तबाह हो गई थी भारतीय चौकी

12 अक्टूबर 1962 को सिरिजाप वन चौकी में प्लाटून सी में मेजर धन सिंह थापा ने दुश्मनों से युद्ध लड़ा। 20 अक्टूबर 1962 को सुबह छह बजे एक बार फिर पूरी ताकत से चीन के सैनिकों ने सिरिजाप चौकी पर हमला कर दिया। भारतीय चौकी तबाह हो गई और कई जवान शहीद हो गए। इस चौकी पर चीन के सैनिकों का नियंत्रण हो गया और उन्हें तीन साथियों के साथ युद्ध बंदी बना लिया गया।

चकमा देकर भाग आए थे

वह चकमा देकर भाग निकले। कई दिनों पहाड़ों में भटकते रहने के बाद थापा भारतीय सीमा में घुस पाए। दुश्मनों से वीरता से लड़ने के कारण उन्हें सेना का सर्वोच्च सम्मान परमवीर चक्र देकर सम्मानित किया गया। वे सेना में लेफ्टिनेंट कर्नल के पद से रिटायर हुए। इसके बाद सहारा ग्रुप में अजीवन डायरेक्टर रहे।

Every passenger were so happy and celebrating those happiness with their family. There was a celebrating inside the ship, the ship was filled with the colors of different happy people. After the long travel the passengers were enjoying inside their room and the cafe and while they were having good moments and suddenly they got sho*cked, the rocks of snow fall in the big park of the ship. Slowly the water entered inside the doors and windows of the ship. The glass window started getting burst and at the end ship started sinking inside the sea. While the ship completely sinked it got bu*rsted with the giant sound and it went deep in the end of the sea.

 A once-upon-a-time gold medalist ( Janak Yadav) in wrestling, who now works in a riverbank in Siraha district.


This FIFTY year former wrestler had Wwin the gold medal in the 7th South Asian  Games held in 1995 in India in the 90-kg category.

The Hindu religion Madhesis ethnic group, living in Nepal’s Tarai region on the border with India, is continuing its blockade of all commercial traffic from India, which started on September 24. The blockade has cut off the only source of imports of petroleum and cooking gas to Nepal, as well as many other goods. On October 28, China and India signed a memorandum of understanding that China would provide fuel to Nepal to compensate for the blockade, effective ending India’s monopoly over fuel supplies to Nepal.
However, the deal may be collapsing because the committee charged with implementing the deal, the Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC), are apparently so buried in bureaucracy that they cannot make any progress. According to an anonymous bureaucrat:

In the last two months of the crisis, only three meetings of the NOC board, chaired by commerce secretary, were held and they were focused on monitoring and distribution of petroleum products rather than on expediting the business-to-business (B2B) deal with PetroChina.
