Kathmandu 27 Dec : Nepal will take on host India on Today in the South Asian Football Federation championship. The match will be held at Trivendrum in the Indian state of Kerala At 6:45 Nepali time. This will be Nepal’s last match under its group.
Nepal are at the bottom of the three-team Group ‘A’ which India lead on goal difference after defeating Sri Lanka 2-0 on Friday. Sri Lanka had defeated Nepal 1-0 in the tournament opener and that defeat could be proved costly if they play a draw on Sunday. Nepal’s entry to semi-final will be secure only if it defeats India which is considered a strong team.
